Formerly known as Enjoyable Plancare, we began our journey providing professional NDIS Plan Management services, helping participants manage their funding with clarity and confidence. As the needs of the people we support have grown, we have expanded our services to provide a wider range of personalised support options.
Today, Enjoyable Care provides NDIS Plan Management, Support Coordination, and Core Supports, as well as privately funded support services for seniors and individuals in the community.

Lia Gustina is the founder of Enjoyable Care, She holds a degree in Accounting and began her career over 20 years ago. Her journey started in Indonesia, where she worked in finance and accounting for several trusted companies. After moving to Australia in 2010, she began a new chapter in Newcastle, where she volunteered as an administrative assistant for an independent national children’s charity and supported a refugee women’s and children’s organisation as a bookkeeper and administrator.
Driven by her empathy and a deep commitment to empowering others, Lia also worked as a support worker, assisting seniors and people with disabilities to achieve their goals and maintain their independence. This experience inspired her to combine her financial expertise with her passion for care, leading to the creation of Enjoyable Care.
Today, as the founder and leader of Enjoyable Care, Lia focuses on providing professional plan management services to NDIS participants, helping them manage their funding effectively and achieve their aspirations. In addition to plan management, Enjoyable Care offers personalised care and support services to participants and seniors, ensuring they receive the support they need to live well and independently.
